Boardroom  Conferencing  System (98" Interactive touch Display and Sound System 

For this project, we began by assessing the existing sound system issues. We then designed and installed a high-quality digital system with six in-ceiling speakers, creating four zones that allow independent volume control and help prevent feedback. To add convenience, we fabricated a custom power button for simple on/off control.

The room was also equipped with a 98” Newline display, capable of wireless casting from any mobile device. A built-in Windows 11 PC along with the base Android OS was integrated with the sound system for seamless audio performance. To support video conferencing, we included a 180-degree 4K remote adjustable webcam that can be cropped to focus on the entire room or a specific area. The webcam’s six built-in microphones ensure clear, high-quality audio on the receiving end.

The end result is a flexible, user-friendly system that gives the client multiple options for connectivity, interactivity, and audio-visual performance—designed to meet their needs now and for years to come.
